Financial Arrangements:
Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. We are a participating provider for: Metlife, Principal, Delta Dental, Ameritas. We will gladly work with any non HMO dental plan for treatment needed such as: Cigna, Aetna, Travelers, Prudential. Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.
Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Dental Fee Plan (Dental Care Credit Co.). Payment plans are available.
